
Oyeyemi Oke is dual qualified as a lawyer and Chartered Accountant. Oyeyemi is a Fellow, of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Oyeyemi has over 12 years of experience and regularly provides tax and accounting services to clients across various sectors of the Nigerian economy including start-ups and early-stage businesses. Some of Oyeyemi’s recent experience includes:
- Providing accounting support to the liquidator of a manufacturing company.
- Providing tax advice with respect to the liquidation of a private equity company.
- Providing accounting services to a New Zealand based pharmaceutical company with operations in Nigeria.
- Providing accounting and tax support services to a pipeline infrastructure company.
- Providing accounting and tax support services to an upstream petroleum company.
- Retained as tax manager to an Exploration and Production Company on various transactional and income tax issues with regards to its operations.
- Providing tax services to a micro lending fintech driven business in Nigeria.
- Retained as tax manager to an EPCI Company.
- Retained as tax manager to an oil servicing company who is a major contractor to ExxonMobil and Chevron Nigeria.
- Retained as tax manager to Renmoney.
- Advising on tax aspects of the potential acquisition of 5 drilling rigs owned by a German Drilling Company. Transaction size is valued at c.$50million.
- Retained as tax manager to the developer of a Free Zone Area in Lagos.
